Where are my downloads and licence keys?
Right after purchase we email your download links and licence keys. Everything also lives in your account under Downloads and Licenses, so you can log in at account.streakyaudio.com and grab them again any time.
How do I activate a plugin?
Run the installer, open the plugin in your DAW and enter the licence key from your purchase email or your account page.
Do the preset packs include the plugins they load into?
No. The FabFilter Saturn 2 pack needs FabFilter Saturn 2 and the Valhalla VintageVerb pack needs Valhalla VintageVerb. The presets load into plugins you already own.
What is your refund policy?

I bought a bundle. How many licences do I get?
